Customer Success Specialist

Your Role
As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll work behind the scenes to ensure our Customer Success Managers can deliver a seamless and impactful experience to Verbolia’s clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for operational excellence in a SaaS environment.
You’ll collaborate with internal teams, support onboarding processes, monitor performance data, and contribute to process improvements that drive customer satisfaction and retention.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and configure new customer accounts during the onboarding phase
- Assist Customer Success Managers with product configuration, data quality checks, and performance monitoring
- Create and maintain client-specific documentation, dashboards, and reports
- Ensure the timely delivery of updates, implementations, and support tasks
- Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues internally when needed
- Support regular business reviews by collecting relevant metrics and performance insights
- Contribute to internal tooling and process automation projects
- Work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Technical teams to enhance the customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in a Customer Support, Onboarding, or Operations role (ideally within SaaS or digital marketing)
- Strong technical affinity – comfortable working with dashboards, data files, CMS/admin interfaces, and web technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Effective communicator in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Familiarity with SEO, e-commerce, or digital analytics is a plus
- Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Google Suite, MS Office Suite, or project management software is a bonus
