Head of Sales

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will have one mission: bring Verbolia to 10M€ ARR in a couple of years. Verbolia went from 0 to 1.3M€ ARR in 3 years, and has reached the product-market fit. It is now time to grow… and to grow super fast. The product and the team are amazing, now we need someone to make sure that the Sales team can be scaled without limit

You will:

  • Define the overall Sales strategy with the founders
  • Put in place scalable processes to
    • Recruit a team
    • Onboard a team
    • Train and lead the team
  • Define and implement Sales processes
  • Be hands-on and actively participate in lead generation and deal closing process

Skills and experience:

  • You have experience growing a Sales team in a highly technical SaaS environment
  • You have full-cycle sales experience in identifying and prospecting new business, to pitching and closing deals
  • You are process oriented, and always keep scalability in mind
  • You have experience in closing enterprise SaaS deals and know how to sell to the C-suite and executive teams, across multiple industries
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (any other language is a plus)
  • Self-starting and customer driven personality and extremely goal oriented
  • By nature you easily win potential customers with your personality, authenticity, patience, endurance and expertise
  • You are confident in your current capabilities and committed to growing and expanding your skillset. You’re on the way up in your career, and ready for the next big challenge
